A Walk up the Quary Road

We often walk up the quary road....

well, we walk, the rusty pups run. It's hard work getting to the top!
I find this rock face and the treeline above fascinating. It's bound to be stitched one day.

Sometimes we meet deer munching on berries and often wonder who else might be watching or listening. Then we all go back down and home again for a cup of tea.

  4. Beautiful color.... I've been enjoying the autumnal color more than ever this year... its quite amazing. The weather man says the leaf peeping is over, HA! I say, not until the leaves are all down, the late golds, and coppers and rusts are just as amazing.

  9. Hi,
I have just come across your blog and have enjoyed so much reading it. Your photos are beautiful.
I get very excited to find another east coaster. We just returned from a visit outside Halifax last weekend. We are now living in Ontario.
Very best wishes for a great fall,
    Barbara
