Grasses on a Stormy Day

Layers of colours and textures

 A wave of rusty grasses

A pair of rusty pups who turned five on Halloween

There is something beautiful about straw coloured grasses,
red autumn leaves,
purple mountains and dark grey clouds.

I hope all in Sandy`s path are safe
For us up here we are grateful
to be only on the edge of it.

Grasses tossing in the wind make a wonderful sight.

  3. Lovely, lovely. I have tons of pics from our trip -- just have to go through them and get some of them onto my blog. Grasses figured prominently in some of them.

    1. I think they are protected a bit in that location from the high dike that runs between them and the wind!

  8. Hi Penny

I saw your piece in the World of Threads show. It looked great.

The festival of exhibitions is really very stimulating.
