A Day at the Beach is Good for One's Health

There is nothing quite like spreading a blanket on the sand.....

and relaxing in  cool sea breezes....

or perhaps anticipating the throw of a yellow tennis ball....

or just watching the tide come in.

  3. Wish we lived closer to the sea - it always puts everything (all those little everyday inconveniences) into perspective for me.

  4. I was raised on Lake Michigan. I don't live far from there now, but there is nothing like living close enough to go there everyday if you want, which is what I did when I was a teen. I miss that water so much. Sun, sand and water..my place in heaven.

  5. How I'd love to have that view! The rusty pups look like they're smiling from ear to ear too.

  6. I'd feel better after a visit to your beach as well. There's nothing like the sound of the water and the smell of the sea! It's not quite the same at the lake.

  7. Yes, The lakes in Canada are wondrous things as well; but the sea has a rhythm and an aroma that hits the very core of my being.
