I am shocked at how I look like my mother!
We each talked....

Oh, boy did we have fun picking a stone and trying to find it.

ReplyDeleteSuch a beautiful exhibit of the artwork of wonderfully talented ladies. I really love the creative displays of the work. I’ve also grown into looking just like my mother. It’s always been this way from my early 20s and more so now. Amazing for both of us. Thank you for posting all the photos.
ReplyDeleteWe visited the exhibit today. Incredible. Tremendous amount of love went into those pieces.
ReplyDeleteIt looks just beautiful! I wish I lived closer and could come see it with my own eyes, but meanwhile, thank you for showing us such wonderfulness. ❤️
ReplyDeleteThank you for sharing all the photos of the scratchings and the stones. Your daily stitching is more inspirational than you may know.
ReplyDeleteMeant to say in my previous comment that I'm very glad you decided to tote along the actual stones...a tangible reference to the origins of the work. Not only are the works of art you both did incredible in their own right, there was a great deal of brilliance that went into the display of it for the show.
ReplyDeleteHow totally beautiful YOU and Judy and the artwork... making more memories as 'sisters' and best friends. What could be more lovely, bold and important about an artful life! Blessings dear friend. bethany
