Thread and Ink


January's scratchings.


Decided to pen a leaf yesterday.


February scratchings are beginning to line up row upon row.

  1. Your February stitchings are pretty impressive. What will you do with this sampler when you are done?

    I always wonder about the purpose, besides art, creativity, self-satisfaction.

    I hate to see projects folded and put on a shelf. I always want to know that a piece has a purpose.

  2. I agree with Carol, I like to make something with a purpose as well, but I am sure that you will not let your beautiful embroidery become dusty on a shelf!
