Not my |Favourite Things

It rained.
Not cats and dogs but daisy stitches.
Have to say the daisy/chain stitch is my least favourite.

My least favourite sketch so far.

  2. Yup, daisy stitch looks like drops of rain.
I think the rain has affected your brain.
Here's hoping tomorrow brings the sun,
So you and the rusty pups can go out for some fun!

  3. ..maybe you could try a very loose french knot...or a single knotted cable chain stitch instead of the lazy-daisy?

..or make the holding-down stalk very very small so you can't see it?

  6. I don't care to 'do' daisy chain but don't mind it once its done (go figure)! Being a complete klutz when it comes to drawing I love all of your sketches, wish I had your talent.

  8. Ouch! I think you are being VERY hard on yourself today! The daisy stitches add raindrops to your piece and the sketch is not horrid at all. Quite the contrary! Cheer up, Penny! You could be here in southern Ontario where the weather just IS. Nowt happening at all, it just IS. Smile!! We shall smile with you☺
