A Snowy Rainy Crumb - Week Fifty-One

The snow came early this winter
It came deep

The cold came along with it!

Then the rains came and washed away all the snow.
Then everything froze!
And Winter hadn't even officially started.

  1. Lovely stitching, our weather here is warm and tropical, remnants of cyclones on the north west of Australia, feeding south across the desert with amazing rain and flooding over Ayers rock, now Uluru, here so far gentle rain my garden is loving after Christmas days 40 degree heat. Think I would like some snow!

  4. Your snowy rainy definitely reflect your weather perfectly. We got 12" of snow on Christmas Eve and the sun has been shining ever since. Still some frozen patches on the streets where snow has melted then frozen overnight in the bitter cold. The city road plows have been hard at work. The private company road plows, too. Christmas was a beautiful day to stay home and do some handwork.

    Happy New Year,
    Marrianna

  7. For some reason known only unto my warped mind, I now have the 'itsy bitsy spider' running through my mind, triggered, no doubt, by "the rains came and washed away all the snow". Yep...definitely a warped mind (and I haven't been drinking either!!).
