Back in the studio I'm playing with triangles of
the flying geese quilt pattern
The magic of the creative subconscious
has me seeing triangles everywhere I go
Even upside down triangles
There's a triangle in there somewhere
Perhaps
truly amazing what you can see when you don't try :-)
ReplyDeleteWonder what we miss!
DeleteYour close up pictures really capture the beauty of even a rusted pipe. You have a way of seeing what others overlook and don't even care to take the time to see. It always amazes me.
ReplyDeleteOr perhaps its because I've got nothing better to do!
DeleteIts so interesting how we get focussed on certaing things, then they are everywhere... yes, magic!
ReplyDeleteMakes me realize that the subconscious is always working away in the background.
DeleteTriangles have always been my favourite shape, hence the K whereas it really should be C.
ReplyDeleteOnce you're thinking of a particular thing, you see it everywhere, that's true. And triangles can be so various that there's a lot of scope for someone designing with them...
ReplyDeleteIt's the same with cars - have you ever noticed that you really don't seem to 'see' a certain type of vehicle on the roads until you own one and then you see them everywhere?
