Scratched Among the Leaves

Exploring pebbles

The Pileated Woodpecker visited
as I worked in the studio

Then we drove up the valley to the eye doctor
And on Thursday I spent the day with the Loose Threads group.

On Friday I thought of things in the negative
and for Saturday and Sunday
my thoughts were on how some days wrap themselves around each other.

It's been a leafy week.
Perhaps because it is Thanksgiving up here in Canada.
Happy Thanksgiving!

  4. Lovely scratchings - especially like the negative space and spirals!

Thought of you yesterday early evening. Went out for a short walk in the forest... heard a gaggle of geese way off. They came overhead in a long, uneven V. They were so high up I didn't see them at first, but their honking was so loud I thought they were just overhead. So I thought of you and shared in your geese appreciation.
